Food Relapse

I in a dangerous place and I need to get back on track!

I find that I am ever so busy! I made great progress to get under 200 lbs for the first time in years. I made it down to 192, never quite crossing that 190 milestone; however the holidays and a great vacation to China (Before CoronaVirus, thank goodness) I have crept back up to just south of 200!

I am at a testing point! I cannot allow myself to cross back above 200, never again!!!! I need motivation and I need to get back my commitment to Me to, health, happiness and Keto 2 Speedo!

I have lapsed but I will work harder as I continue to progress towards my goals. Holidays and vacations are dangerous. I need to remember that there are no excuses and no “special occasions” because the second I allow them I will find that everything can be a special occasion!
